01 / THE GREENS

Cut low. Learn fast.

The greens are maintained at home with a reel mower. Every cut is part maintenance, part experiment — chasing a cleaner roll while learning what the turf wants.

02 / THE LAYOUT

Five holes. Six tee boxes. New looks.

Different tee positions change angles, carries and club choices across the property. Water and elevation make a small footprint play bigger than the scorecard suggests.

03 / WHAT'S NEXT

The course is never finished.

Better greens, sharper details and new ways to play are all part of the plan. The projects become videos, the rounds become stories, and the course keeps getting better.
